When there is NOT Enough of balance between Good and Bad means the Human Race is in grave Spiritual and Physical Danger, of harsh Spiritual and Physical Punishments. And Jesus Christ said, "As on Earth as it is in Heaven"!!! 

I sense in the Spiritual Realm Not Enough Love, Life, Good, and Truth;

I think iny Spiritual mind that the Spiritual Balance of the Heavenly and Earthly Scales are off balance between Heaven and Hell.

When the Spiritual Scales are NOT in proper balance, then we will see more punishments and tribulation just like what happened with Jericho and Sodom and Gomorrah maybe even worse depending on the Off balance of the Scales between the The Righteous and the wicked wretchedness of  Souls and Spirits of the Human Beings that have Confessed their sin and those that have NOT and are to Prideful to see their own noses in front of their faces.
