That the (CNS)- Central Nervous System is composed of the Brain and Spinal Cord
The Brain interprets the electrical impulses received by the spinal cord and generates its own signals and instruction for the body parts to carry out.
The Spinal Cord transmits information from the brain to the body, and Vice-Vesa.

I think that Our Brains are Extremely Important.
Sometimes our brains are our best friends and sometimes our worst enemy when our brain protects itself from traumatic events that are out of our personal and mental control, it's our best friend for a short time but, when those traumas and blocked because of the built-in protection ability causes AMNESIA but, also memories suppressed.
Those Traumatic Events that become blocked and suppressed sometimes called a broken brain when is not necessarily a broken brain but the parts of the brain that were made dormant from mental activity and numbed because the Mental, Emotional, and Physical Events happen, and the Human Brain is not created to handle those drastic changes to the brain.
Most people passed out or become thrown into a seizure because of the overwhelming of the pain, confusion, or understanding of certain events, and why they happened.
When a turn of events seems to again, that we as Human Beings cannot control, is when our HUMAN minds go into Defense MODE Fight or Flight.
Most people still have a Mental and Emotional triggers and attachments to those thoughts that have recently suppressed and blocked causing amnesia for us to continue to thrive and live not in the past time but, more so in the present time.
Depending on the triggers of those traumatic events some people become overwhelmed and thrown back into the event mentally for a moment that can cause Anxiety, Depression or Even Anger.
It's normally called a Mental Breakdown Episodes, Emotional Breakdown Episodes, or it can even throw some people into Seizure fits.
I have heard the Mental Breakdown called Relapses in our Mental Health Recovery.
Relapses can take place because of a number of things, more traumatic events, triggers, or not even having the support of medications they need to stay in the Present Time and not being thrown back into tragic and traumatic events.
**I suggest finding a good healthy support system, friends, family, and other support groups to get your voice heard.
**I suggest Coping Skills as well to Help you stay focused on the Present time and keep getting stuck in your past thinking.
I don't suggest any kinds of video games or too much technology while going through your mental health recovery.
Here are some examples:
1. Any kinds of Passions you have to help other people
2. Activities with other people
a. Playing cards
b. Playing sports
c. Playing board games
3. Activism and advocating with other people are a very good way to get your voice heard.
a. safe social media sites to blog, on platforms to get your voice heard.
Some people that end up remembering those events are sometime faced with Suicidal thoughts and sometimes people even end up committing Suicide because of those Events that they cannot somehow get through mentally or emotional.
